Delivery Schedule

We will endeavour to assemble your order with care and in a timely manner.  We will ship your order within 3 days from receipt of your order.  Shipping is often completed within the same day.

Depending on the form of shipping that you selected through the shopping cart, your package should be delivered within the prescribed time period after processing:

If, for any reason, it is not possible to fulfill these terms we will call or email you advising you of the delay. You will then have the right to cancel your order, if you so decide, without any penalty.

Return Policy

All items are carefully examined before shipping for defects. If, for any reason, you wish to return your order

• Refunds will be available within 14 days of your purchase.  Please call 407-410-0888 or email to alert us of your return.  You will receive an return authorization (RA) number.
• Return shipping cost are incurred by the customer.
• Refunds will be via credit card charge back.  Your account will be credited once the product is returned in good condition.

Damage Policy

All items are prepared for shipping with our greatest care and attention.

• If our product is damaged during shipping, please call 407-410-0888 or email DecoGallery for a return authorization RA number. 
• We will issue a Call Tag and send it to you, then the product will be picked up at DecoGallery's expense.
• The order value will be credited back to you via credit card charge back.  Your account will be credited once the product is returned.
